We are looking for an IT Systems Engineer (generalist) to support and enhance their internal tooling stack. This is a contract role providing additional capacity/cover while permanent hiring is ongoing. This role is less about being a deep specialist in one platform and more about being a capable engineer across multiple core systems, able to jump into BAU + project work.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support key internal platforms, primarily:
- Okta
- Google Workspace
- Atlassian suite / Jira (including Jira Service Management)
Essential Skills / Experience
- Solid experience as a Systems Engineer / IT Systems Engineer in SaaS-heavy environments.
- Hands-on capability in Okta + Google Workspace.
- Practical familiarity with Jira / Atlassian, ideally Jira Service Management fundamentals (queues, workflows, service project setup/support).
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with a mix of BAU + project delivery.
Nice to Have
- Fintech/payments or similarly regulated environment experience.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks / audit controls (SOC 2 / ISO 27001 / PCI).
