Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst with hands-on NetSuite and broader ERP experience to support a fast-moving transformation project. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring successful delivery of ERP initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to define, document, and manage requirements
- Drive delivery across ERP-related projects, with an initial focus on NetSuite
- Lead planning, scoping, and stakeholder alignment sessions
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery
- Support testing, training, and adoption activities as needed
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst in ERP implementations or optimisations
- Practical NetSuite experience (not expert-level, but confident working knowledge)
- Additional ERP platform exposure (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) is a plus
- Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
- Able to work in a hybrid model, with up to two days onsite in London weekly
