We’re supporting a technology-first payments company that provides a global orchestration platform connecting to acquirers and payment providers worldwide – helping iGaming businesses optimise payments and improve player experience.
They’re hiring a commercially-minded Growth/Digital Marketing Manager to scale their demand engine and generate high-quality leads. This is a high-impact role focused on pipeline growth, conversion, and data-driven experimentation, working closely with Sales, Product, and Content.
What you’ll be doing
- Own social + paid media strategy and execution (campaigns across the funnel)
- Lead CRO + experimentation across website and landing pages (A/B testing, hypotheses, insights)
- Manage technical SEO foundations (site health, structure, crawlability, schema, internal linking)
- Use analytics + behavioural data (e.g., heatmaps) to identify friction and improve journeys
- Partner with Sales on ICP, targeting, and outbound support via integrated campaigns
- Align with Content to ensure assets drive measurable commercial impact
- Improve follow-up + nurture performance post-events/downloads (turn engagement into meetings)
- Maintain clean attribution + reporting across HubSpot + Google Analytics
- Build dashboards showing pipeline impact, channel performance, and conversion behaviour
What they’re looking for
- 4+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS digital marketing (fintech experience strongly preferred)
- Hands-on with HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong in campaign planning, targeting, lead scoring, funnel measurement
- Experience running nurture journeys + multi-touch attribution
- Comfortable partnering with Sales, Product, and Design in a fast-moving scale-up

- Canva / Adobe / video editing experience
- Understanding of payments, PSPs, or payment orchestration
- iGaming exposure
