The client is looking for SAP S/4HANA consultants to support process analysis, workshop facilitation, business education, and fit-gap preparation across multiple SAP process areas. This is not a hands-on configuration role. The focus is on understanding business processes, mapping current and future processes, analysing fit-gap requirements, and helping business teams prepare for workshops with the implementation partner.
Key Responsibilities

Required Experience
- Strong SAP S/4HANA functional/process knowledge.
- Experience with fit-gap analysis and process mapping.
- Cross-module SAP process understanding.
- Strong workshop facilitation skills.
- Ability to educate and guide business stakeholders.
- Experience in areas such as MDM, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Account, or other core SAP process areas.

- Working model: Mainly remote, with onsite attendance when required by the client, likely less than once per week
