Overview
Seeking an experienced Senior BA / Project Lead to deliver projects across core banking and treasury systems. The role combines business analysis, project management, and application SME responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Gather and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of system enhancements and projects.
- Manage stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Develop SME knowledge of banking platforms (e.g., Flexcube, OPICS, Bloomberg TOMS).
- Support UAT, configuration reviews, and system integrations.
- Collaborate on data warehousing, reporting, and BI solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team planning.
Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of banking and treasury operations.
- Experience with major banking/treasury platforms.
- 10+ years in business analysis and project delivery.
- Skilled in producing BRDs/FRDs, process maps, and test plans.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
