Join us as a Shop Manager and you'll lead and motivate your team to deliver fast and friendly service to our customers. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. You'll be responsible for making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or online.

While no two days will be the same, during a typical day at work you can expect to:

  • Lead the team to deliver excellent results and maintain high standards of the shop
  • Drive high performance through recruitment, training, development, and colleague engagement
  • Monitor wage controls, waste controls, and customer service standards
  • Get involved in food preparation and serving customers
  • Ensure the shop is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming
