Venchr is supporting a fast‑growing fintech and software business based in Manchester that builds one of the leading global platforms for two incredibly dynamic sectors: the superyacht industry and the music & entertainment world. Their technology powers everything from multi‑million‑pound yacht operations to global music tours, giving clients real‑time financial control, streamlined payments, and full operational visibility across some of the most complex environments anywhere.
We’re looking for a Product Owner to join their Innovation & Data team, a small, high‑impact group dedicated to exploring new ideas, solving operational challenges and introducing smarter, AI‑powered efficiencies across the business. You’ll work with the CPO, engineers, designers and data specialists to uncover pain points, validate opportunities and turn early‑stage ideas into clear product direction. The work is varied, fast‑paced and directly tied to improving how customers in the superyacht and entertainment sectors operate.
You’ll spend your time exploring problems, shaping requirements, prioritising what matters, and bringing structure and clarity to ideas that start out ambiguous. You’ll help guide teams through discovery and into delivery, ensuring the right things get built for the right reasons. If you enjoy simplifying complex processes, challenging assumptions and using data to shape decisions, you’ll fit right in.
You’ll need experience as a Product Owner within a SaaS environment, confidence working through both discovery and delivery, and the communication skills to collaborate with technical and non‑technical teams. An interest in AI, automation or data‑led product development is a strong advantage, and any exposure to fast‑moving industries like marine, entertainment, travel or fintech is helpful but not essential.
This role suits someone curious, pragmatic and commercially minded who enjoys making products more efficient and shaping ideas from the ground up.
