Agencies and brands often hesitate to feature talent in their AI campaigns due to the fear of incorrect usage and subsequent legal repercussions, which is why we built a platform that enables creators and talent agencies to manage their rights and charge fairly for their IP across all mediums.
We are looking for a visionary AI Creative Director to lead work at this intersection of talent, creative expression, and generative AI. You will be responsible for defining what is possible for AI-powered creative campaigns while ensuring brands and talent use these tools ethically to produce innovative content.
This position requires someone who thinks like a creative director and an innovator to play a leading role in the future of creator-driven AI. You will lead the creative vision for content and concept development, exploring and implementing generative AI technologies that elevate how talent likeness and voice can be used safely.
Working closely with product and leadership teams, you will build prototypes and creative showcases that bring our technology to life and demonstrate how AI can enhance storytelling transparently. A key part of your role will be guiding brands on how to use our platform to navigate the complexities of production and performance without fear of legal missteps.
You will also create reference work and frameworks that set the standard for AI usage across campaigns. We need you to have worked in creative direction for major brands ideally, leading the design and structure for iconic campaigns is perfect, especially if you've used AI tooling and talent in these works.
You must have a deep understanding of creative workflows and the ability to translate technical AI capabilities into commercially driven creative stories. You will bring a thoughtful and ethical approach to talent likeness and IP, ensuring our creative output supports our core mission of protecting rights.
This hybrid role is based in our London office and offers a meaningful seat at the table during a pivotal stage of growth.
