Here at Venchr, we are working with an innovative rights‑technology startup founded to tackle one of the most pressing issues in today’s digital and AI‑driven creative economy: the lack of transparency, fairness and protection around how talent and brands’ content is used. With generative AI accelerating and deepfake fraud surging, creators and advertisers face unprecedented challenges around consent, compensation and control.
This organisation has built a platform that consolidates approved AI training data, safeguards content from unauthorised use and provides brands, agencies and talent with clear visibility of where their assets are being used. Their vision is to become the trusted rights layer underpinning ethical AI adoption across the entire creative ecosystem.
With leadership experience spanning Meta, Influencer.com and global talent management, the team combines decades of hands‑on expertise across AI, digital rights, entertainment and brand strategy. Their platform is already used by creators, agencies, advertisers and AI platforms seeking secure, compliant and transparent rights workflows. The organisation continues to gain momentum quickly, supported by a board of influential figures from law, culture, media and the creator economy.
They are now searching for a Full Stack Engineer skilled in React, Next.js, TypeScript and Vercel, available on a contract basis at £600–£700 per day. You will build and optimise full‑stack features that sit at the heart of their rights‑licensing and AI‑governance workflows. This includes intuitive dashboards, creator‑facing controls, secure content storage integrations and fast, scalable API interactions.
This role places you at the centre of one of the most important shifts in the digital economy: establishing trust, transparency and fairness in how AI interacts with human identity and creative work. Your contributions will help protect creators’ livelihoods, support responsible brand innovation and lay the groundwork for ethical AI scaling across global media.
