Agencies and brands often hesitate to feature talent in their AI campaigns due to the fear of incorrect usage and subsequent legal repercussions, which is why we built a platform that enables creators and talent agencies to manage their rights and charge fairly for their IP across all mediums.

We are looking for a sharp, relationship-driven Account Director to lead some of our most important client relationships and ensure we deliver exceptional work across every touchpoint. This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who understands the worlds of talent, influence, advertising, and AI, and can confidently advise top-tier brands, talent agencies, and platforms.

You will be responsible for strategic account growth, operational excellence, and making sure our clients feel supported, informed, and inspired.

You will own and grow key client relationships, building trust as a strategic partner while managing ongoing programmes of work, from onboarding and education to usage rights reviews. Working with our internal teams, you will ensure client feedback directly informs our development and positioning, helping us identify upsell and renewal opportunities by clearly communicating our roadmap.

A key part of your role will be providing guidance on rights management, AI usage, and best practice in talent licensing to ensure our clients get maximum value from our products.

We need you to have at least five years of experience in account management or client services, ideally within the advertising, talent, or creator ecosystems. This hybrid role is based in our London office and offers a meaningful seat at the table during a pivotal stage of growth.

If you want to help protect the rights of creators and work on great campaigns, whilst working alongside an inspiring team, then please apply ASAP.

We do not discriminate based on age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation. All applicants will receive consideration for employment based on their talent, skillset and individual merit alone.
