Here at Venchr, we’re working with a hyper‑growth fintech‑led software group operating at the heart of the global superyacht and multi‑asset world. They build a unified suite of products powering everything from real‑time financial management and global transactions to crew payroll, charter operations, and multi‑asset oversight all through a single, integrated platform used by captains, crew, management companies, and family offices worldwide. Their technology drives accuracy and operational efficiency across one of the most demanding industries on the planet.
In this role, you’ll sit inside their engineering team as a Software Quality Engineer II, helping elevate testing excellence across a platform used for high‑stakes financial and operational decision‑making. You’ll work across both manual and automated testing, contributing to an established Playwright framework while building deep product knowledge to identify risks, edge cases, and opportunities to harden the system before it reaches customers. You’ll be working with TypeScript/JavaScript, Playwright, REST APIs and, if you want, you can venture into areas like mobile testing, performance tooling, backend exposure or multi‑asset workflows.
This team values people who communicate well in remote environments, obsess over detail, and know how to take a problem and expand it into something genuinely better. If you’re looking to join a remote‑first, product‑driven organisation building mission‑critical tools for an industry that demands precision, trust and flawless execution, this is the kind of environment where your impact is felt immediately and at scale.
