The Opportunity
They’re hiring a Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth by opening doors, building strong pipelines, and securing new partnerships across brands, agencies, platforms, and talent organisations. This is a strategic, high-impact role where you will work closely with leadership and help shape the company’s go-to-market strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting, pitching, and securing new business with brands, agencies, and platforms
- Managing the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to signed agreements
- Creating tailored outreach, demos, and pitch materials for senior stakeholders
- Converting inbound leads into qualified commercial opportunities
- Representing the company at industry events and key gatherings
- Bringing market insights back to leadership to influence product and strategy
- Partnering closely with Marketing to align campaigns and lead‑gen efforts
Who You Are
You have experience in advertising, media, the creator economy, or SaaS/tech sales, and you know how to sell consultatively. You\’re confident speaking with senior decision‑makers, proactive in your approach, and able to operate at pace in an early‑stage environment. You’re commercially sharp, curious about AI and digital rights, and excited to help build something category‑defining.
Compensation
The role offers £70–80k OTE (with flexibility for exceptional talent), equity potential, and the option to work hybrid or fully remote.
