Business Development Manager – Creative, AI – £70-80k OTE
Agencies and brands often hesitate to feature talent in their AI campaigns due to the fear of incorrect usage and subsequent legal repercussions, which is why we built a platform that enables creators and talent agencies to manage their rights and charge fairly for their IP across all mediums.
We are searching for a driven and commercially minded New Business Manager who can open doors, start conversations, and build a powerful pipeline of brands, agencies, and platforms. This role is perfect for someone who loves prospecting, pitching, and converting, and who wants to help define a new market at the intersection of talent, licensing, and AI. You will be responsible for proactively identifying opportunities across advertising, media, and talent sectors to drive our commercial growth.
You will lead the full new-business cycle from first outreach to signed contract, ensuring you create compelling outreach materials and pitches tailored to different audiences. Working closely with Marketing, you will align campaigns with lead-generation goals and represent us at industry events and networking opportunities to expand our reach.
A key part of your role will be to bring back market insights that help shape our product, positioning, and commercial strategy, while collaborating with Product and Client Services to ensure a smooth handover for new partners. You will also qualify inbound interest and convert early conversations into product demos to maintain pipeline health.
We need you to have experience in new business, partnerships, or sales, ideally with a background in the advertising, creator economy, or tech industries. You must be a self-starter who likes to move fast and possesses exceptional verbal and written communication skills to present effectively to senior stakeholders.
You will bring an organized, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple opportunities at once, along with a genuine interest in AI and digital rights. This hybrid role is based in our London office and offers a meaningful seat at the table during a pivotal stage of growth.
