We are looking for a sharp, relationship‑driven Account Director to lead some of our most important client relationships and ensure we deliver exceptional work across every touchpoint. This is a senior, client‑facing role for someone who understands the worlds of talent, influence, advertising, and AI, and can confidently advise top‑tier brands, talent agencies, and platforms. You will be responsible for strategic account growth, operational excellence, and making sure our clients feel supported, informed, and inspired.
Responsibilities:- You will own and grow key client relationships, building trust as a strategic partner while managing ongoing programmes of work, from onboarding and education to usage rights reviews.
- Working with our internal teams, you will ensure client feedback directly informs our development and positioning, helping us identify upsell and renewal opportunities by clearly communicating our roadmap.
- A key part of your role will be providing guidance on rights management, AI usage, and best practice in talent licensing to ensure our clients get maximum value from our products.
- You will lead client presentations and strategic sessions that showcase our expertise while ensuring operational excellence across all deliverables.
- At least five years of experience in account management or client services, ideally within the advertising, talent, or creator ecosystems.
- Confident communicator able to build trust with senior stakeholders and a strategic thinker who can see both the big picture and the details.
- Collaborative spirit and a strong sense of ownership, thriving in a fast‑paced environment where you can navigate ambiguity with calm organization.
