Our Analysts provide essential support to our Investment team, working on data analysis and conducting research in alignment with our primary and secondary investment strategies. Key responsibilities will include monitoring our existing investment portfolio, alongside supporting the evaluation of new primary and secondary investments in venture capital funds. The role offers a varied mix of research, analysis and administrative tasks and the opportunity to develop through the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) professional qualifications.

We are looking for a candidate with the following attributes:

- Able to think clearly and communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form
- Educated to degree level, ideally within a quantitative field, with a willingness to complete the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualifications.
An understanding of Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI is desirable but not essential. Prior knowledge of finance or investment would also be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
