We’re looking for a Senior Publisher Success Manager that will own the end-to-end success of a portfolio of premium publishers, blending data-driven insights with commercial strategy and high-touch relationship management. This is a role where your decisions directly impact revenue, retention, and long-term partnerships.
You’ll be the trusted advisor for your publishers - leading renewals, driving monetisation strategies, and ensuring they get maximum value from working with us. Internally, you’ll influence product, reporting, and operational improvements, helping Venatus stay at the cutting edge of AdTech.

What you’ll do
- Own the retention and renewal strategy across your publisher portfolio.
- Lead commercial negotiations that balance publisher value with internal profitability.
- Develop data-driven growth plans and compelling renewal proposals.
- Spot churn risks early by analysing performance, engagement, and revenue trends.
- Build strong, multi-level relationships that foster trust and shared success.
- Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews that tell a clear, commercial story and highlight forward-looking opportunities.
Revenue Growth & Optimisation
- Take ownership of publisher revenue performance and identify new monetisation opportunities.
- Collaborate with Data, Yield, Ad Ops, and Demand teams to optimise performance across formats, platforms, and demand sources.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights that drive decisions internally and for publishers.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Venatus’ product suite.
- Support revenue forecasting and margin modelling to unlock scalable growth.
Strategic Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence
- Serve as the executive sponsor and trusted advisor for key publisher relationships.
- Advocate for publisher needs internally, shaping product roadmaps, reporting, and monetisation strategies.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Yield, Ad Ops, and Demand teams to ensure smooth execution and operational excellence.
- Surface portfolio-level insights and trends to leadership to inform company strategy.
- Mentor junior Publisher Success team members, raising standards and sharing best practices.
What You’ll Bring
