We are seeking a Credit Controller to manage collections across our global ad tech client base, with a strong focus on media agencies. This is a 3-month contract role that will cover APAC, EMEA, and the US, working across different payment cycles and time zones while maintaining positive agency relationships.
The role involves managing credit control for agency-led and direct clients across AU, UK, and US, proactively chasing overdue invoices, and managing aged debt.
Responsibilities- Manage credit control for agency-led and direct clients across AU, UK, and US
- Proactively chase overdue invoices and manage aged debt
- Liaise with media agencies to ensure timely payment
- Resolve billing and invoice queries with internal teams
- Maintain accurate records of collections activity
- Support month-end debtor and cash flow reporting
- Escalate high-risk or long-outstanding accounts as required
- Previous experience in credit control or accounts receivable
- Experience working with media agencies or ad tech/media businesses preferred
- Understanding of international payment cycles and multi-currency environments
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Confident using Excel and finance systems
- Proactive, persistent, and solutions-focused
- Professional and confident when managing payment conversations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commercial environment
