We are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join our East Yorkshire-based client! Quantity Surveyor Near Driffield £40,000 to £50,000 per annum 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Permanent We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Controller to join our client near Driffield. This is a vital role managing contracts from start to finish. Our client is one of the leading players in the modular construction industry, working across multiple sectors including hospitals, education, offices, and homes. What will you receive? 10% employer pension contribution, 4% candidate pension contribution 12.5% of salary as a bonus (based on company performance) Early finish on Fridays 25 days’ holiday + 8 bank holidays What will the Quantity Surveyor be doing? Preparing and issuing regular account development reviews to clients Producing project reports Handling applications for payment Managing the financial aspects and outcomes of approximately 60 projects at a time Reviewing pricing documents for projects This list is not exhaustive; a full job description will be provided during the initial telephone discussion.
