Vehicle Technician - Level 3 City & Guilds or IMI Qualified
Main dealer Location: Sites across the UK
Rate: £22-£24 per hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday, may be offered Saturdays on a rotated basis but not required
Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician seeking a new career opportunity? This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Vehicle Technician across the UK to join established workshops and benefit from a competitive rate package.
What you will be doing as a Vehicle Technician:
- Inspection, maintenance, and repair of vehicles to ensure road worthiness and reliability to DVSA standards.
- Use of dealer-level and generic diagnostic equipment to assist in time-efficient repairs.
- Perform repairs and maintenance in line with manufacturer standards and schedules.
- Always maintain health and safety standards, working within company guidelines and safe working practices.
- Complete job cards, maintenance records, and associated paperwork to a high standard.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements for Vehicle Technicians:
- Recognised apprenticeship or proven work history as a Mechanic or Vehicle Technician.
- City and Guilds Level 3 in Light Vehicles.
- Additional qualifications in specialist diagnostics, electrical repair, mechanical repair, or welding would be advantageous.
