Overview:

• We are seeking a skilled Stonemason to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with stone and masonry materials, demonstrating expertise in both traditional and modern techniques. As a Stonemason, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining stone structures, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and layout of stonework.
• Cut, shape, and lay stone using hand tools and power tools to create walls, pathways, and other structures.
• Perform bricklaying and masonry tasks with precision, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety regulations.
• Inspect completed work for quality assurance, adjusting as necessary to meet standards.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Stonemason is essential.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Experience with bricklaying techniques and masonry practices is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
