Job Description
Are you a leader passionate about quality, efficiency, and teamwork? Join our client's team as a Sprayshop Supervisor, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving productivity, maintaining top-tier quality, and ensuring health and safety standards in our client's sprayshop.

Hours – Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30pm, Friday 8am-3.30pm
Key Responsibilities
As the Sprayshop Supervisor, you will:
- Collaborate with the Factory Scheduler to streamline workflows and meet production targets.
- Maintain the highest quality standards, identifying and addressing issues proactively.
- Train and mentor employees to diversify and strengthen skills within the department.
- Provide comprehensive training to new team members in the sprayshop.
- Strategically organise weekly sprayshop schedules to optimise productivity.
- Continuously improve departmental processes to minimise downtime and waste.
- Collaborate with all departments to address inefficiencies and implement solutions.
- Ensure all maintenance is timely, thorough, and compliant with safety standards.
- Uphold all health and safety regulations, creating a safe and compliant workspace.
- Oversee paint stores and sprayshop inventory, prioritising stock rotation and proper disposal of expired materials.
- Undertake additional tasks to contribute to the company's objectives as needed.
