I am recruiting for an experienced Panel Beater to join a modern, expanding bodyshop operation that has invested heavily into both its people and facilities. This is not your typical high-pressure accident repair environment. The business has created a genuinely positive workshop culture where the team works together properly, morale is high and management are fully invested in maintaining an enjoyable place to work. It is the type of environment where people stay.

The bodyshop itself is brand new, exceptionally clean, warm and extremely well equipped, giving technicians the space and facilities needed to do the job properly without constantly fighting poor conditions or outdated equipment.

The Role:

  • Carrying out high-quality panel repairs on cars
  • Working within a busy insurance repair bodyshop
  • Supporting a growing operation with increasing workflow
  • Maintaining excellent repair standards
  • Working as part of an experienced and supportive team

What’s on Offer:

  • Negotiable salary
  • Brand new bodyshop environment
  • Warm, modern and fully equipped workshop
  • High staff morale and supportive management
  • Stable long-term opportunity
  • Immediate start available

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on panel experience within a bodyshop environment and take real pride in the quality of their work. Qualifications are welcomed, however attitude, experience and capability are the key focus. If you are tired of poor workshop environments, unrealistic pressures or feeling like just another number, this opportunity is genuinely worth a conversation.
