We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Paint Sprayer to join our clients production team on the night shift. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for high-quality finishes to work with premium furniture in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
As a key part of the finishing team, you will be responsible for preparing and spray painting various wooden furniture items to a high standard, ensuring consistency, durability, and a flawless appearance.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare furniture surfaces through sanding, priming, and masking as required
- Apply paint and lacquer using HVLP or air-assisted spray systems
- Mix paints to required specifications and finish types (e.g. matte, satin, gloss)
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and color standards
- Maintain spray booth cleanliness and follow safe working practices
- Record production details and report any defects or issues promptly
- Work efficiently and independently during night shifts to meet daily targets
- Previous experience as a spray painter or similar role is essential
- Knowledge of different paint and lacquer types and proper application techniques
- Able to follow precise color-matching and finishing requirements
- Comfortable working with wood, MDF, and other furniture-grade materials
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
