Lamination Operator – Manufacturing Environment Location: North Lincolnshire Permanent | Full-Time | Continental Shifts A leading manufacturing company in North Lincolnshire is looking to recruit a skilled and enthusiastic Lamination Operator to join its Production Team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a modern manufacturing facility producing high-quality packaging solutions for a range of industries. Key Responsibilities of a Lamination Operator Set up, operate and monitor lamination machinery to meet production schedules and quality standards. Prepare materials, adhesives and machine settings in accordance with job specifications. Conduct regular quality checks and inspections throughout the production process. Accurately complete production records and quality documentation. Identify and troubleshoot minor machine faults, escalating issues when required. Ensure waste is minimised and production efficiency targets are achieved. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation. Adhere to all health, safety and environmental procedures. Requirements of a Lamination Operator Previous experience operating lamination, printing, converting or similar manufacturing machinery. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products. Good problem-solving and mechanical aptitude. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude with a flexible approach to shift working. Experience within packaging or plastics manufacturing would be advantageous but not essential.
