About the role
Venatu Automotive are seeking an experienced Contracting Vehicle Technician (and / or MOT Tester) to join our contracting team, supporting a range of dealerships, independent garages, and fast-fit workshops across Wales. We offer ongoing contractual placements with consistent work opportunities. This is a great opportunity for skilled automotive professionals looking for flexible, ongoing contract work within a busy and varied workshop environment.
Candidates must have:
- Their own tools and transport
- The ability to work across a variety of vehicle brands
- Experience carrying out servicing, vehicle preparation, maintenance, and repairs
Key responsibilities
- Inspecting, maintaining and repairing vehicles to ensure reliability and roadworthiness.
- Completing job cards, maintenance records and associated paperwork accurately and clearly.
- Conducting routine servicing and preventative maintenance.
- Supporting general workshop duties as required to assist the wider team.
Skills and experience required
- Level 3 Qualification or above in Vehicle Maintenance service and Repair or equivalent.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Proven experience working as a service & repair technician in a workshop environment.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
