An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Master Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic based in Leeds. Our Automotive Client has a need for a Master Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.
The ideal Motor Trade Master Vehicle Technician will be fully qualified and experienced within the Master Vehicle Technician role. Typical Duties as a Master Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic include but are not limited to:
- Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles from internal combustion engines through hybrid to fully electric vehicles
- MOT Testing
- Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults.
- Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standards
You will be at the forefront of technical and diagnostic ability to spearhead technical excellence across our client's range of vehicles. You will also help supervise the workshop in the Workshop Controller's absence and play a pivotal role in mentoring/developing other Vehicle Technicians in the workshop, particularly Apprentices.
Master Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic Requirements:
- A Fully Qualified Master Vehicle Technician to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair as well as additional manufacturer-accredited training to a Senior/Diagnostic or Master Technician level
- A Current and Valid UK Driving Licence
- Dedicated and committed approach.
The salary of this Master Vehicle Technician role is up to £45,000 plus bonus.
