An engineering firm is expanding their machining division and are seeking an experienced CNC Miller to support the manufacture of high-spec components. The successful candidate will be proficient in either milling, live tooling and with strong experience using Fanuc CNC controls.
Key Responsibilities of a CNC Miller:
- Set, operate, and program CNC milling with Fanuc controls.
- Machine complex parts from drawings to exacting tolerances.
- Operate manual lathes for custom and low-volume parts.
- Inspect components to ensure conformance to engineering standards.
- Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Essential Skills & Experience of a CNC Miller:
- Demonstrable experience in CNC milling.
- Skilled on Haas CNC machinery is desirable but not essential.
- Comfortable interpreting technical and engineering drawings.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
