About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a hardworking Labourer to join a busy manufacturing and production environment in Barnsley. This is a physically demanding role that requires candidates to be comfortable with heavy lifting and the use of a variety of hand tools. Working a four-day week on a permanent afternoon/night shift, this position offers an excellent opportunity for reliable individuals seeking long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities of a Labourer

  • Carry out heavy lifting and manual handling duties throughout the shift.
  • Use hand tools safely and effectively to assist with manufacturing and production processes.
  • Support machine operators and production staff as required.
  • Load, unload and move materials around the workplace.
  • Assist with assembly, preparation and finishing of products.
