Venatu Recruitment Group is currently recruiting a Carpenter / Joiner on behalf of our client, a leading Infrastructure Support business delivering services across national frameworks including the Ministry of Justice (MOJ). This is a great opportunity for a skilled joiner to join a professional, well-established team in a predominantly workshop-based role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workshop joinery – manufacture of:
- Doors, windows, staircases
- Formwork and shuttering
- Timber signposts and bespoke timber items
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Joinery or Carpentry (essential)
- Proven workshop joinery experience (essential)
- Previous experience with FM, building maintenance, or building services contractors (preferred)
- Ability to read technical drawings and work to high standards
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
- Must be able to pass enhanced security clearance (required for MOJ work)
