An established manufacturing business in North Lincolnshire is seeking a motivated and reliable Slitting Operator to join its Finishing Department. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with previous machine operating experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities of a Slitting Operator:

  • Operate slitting and conversion machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Set up equipment in line with production specifications.
  • Carry out quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards.
  • Accurately complete production and quality documentation.
  • Load, unload, palletise and package finished products as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.
  • Identify and report machine faults, quality issues or safety concerns.
