We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Powder Coater to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and coating steel products to a high standard using powder coating equipment and techniques. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently, and maintaining high quality standards throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing steel products for coating including cleaning, masking, and surface preparation.
- Operating powder coating machine.
- Applying powder coatings evenly to steel components and products.
- Loading and unloading parts onto the coating line or racks.
- Monitoring curing ovens to ensure correct temperature and finish quality.
- Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times.
