A leading manufacturing company in North Lincolnshire is looking to recruit a skilled and enthusiastic Lamination Operator to join its Production Team. Key Responsibilities of a Lamination Operator

  • Set up, operate and monitor lamination machinery to meet production schedules and quality standards.
  • Prepare materials, adhesives and machine settings in accordance with job specifications.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and inspections throughout the production process.
  • Accurately complete production records and quality documentation.
  • Identify and troubleshoot minor machine faults, escalating issues when required.
  • Ensure waste is minimised and production efficiency targets are achieved.

Requirements of a Lamination Operator
