We are a leading fire protection company looking for full-time Sprinkler Service & Commissioning Engineers to join our team in London, working primarily in high-rise buildings and care homes.
The role offers a base salary of circa £45k depending on experience, and a company van.
Job Duties- Service, test and commission fire systems in residential and commercial environments
- Hand over completed systems to clients
- Test dry and wet risers, and pre-action systems
- Work closely with Service & Commissioning managers
- Inspect final head heights and install cover plates
- Maintain necessary paperwork and hand it to admin daily
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection, or equivalent trade
- Proven experience with fire sprinkler systems – wet, dry, pre-action and deluge
- Competence in system commissioning, flow testing, pump testing and fault diagnosis
- 2–5 years of experience in sprinkler service, testing, commissioning or installation
- Experience on commercial, industrial or residential projects
- Background working with client stakeholders, site managers and fire consultants
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics and hydraulic calculations
- Salary up to £45k
