Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of long-term projects running through to 2026, our client - a leading manufacturer of steel components - is expanding their production team and looking to recruit experienced Welders.
If you are a skilled Welder looking for a stable, ongoing position with fixed Monday-Friday shifts, this role offers a great opportunity to work within a modern manufacturing environment as part of a growing team.
What You’ll Be Doing as a MIG Welder / Fabricator:
- Manufacturing precision steel
- Welding and fabricating mild steel components
- Operating fabrication machinery including saws, presses, drills, and grinders
- Assembling and finishing steel fabrications to high quality standards
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with Health & Safety regulations
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area
- Working collaboratively with the production team to meet manufacturing targets and project deadlines
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable and skilled Welders with 1-5 years' MIG welding and fabrication experience within a manufacturing or steel fabrication environment
- Confidence using welding equipment and fabrication tools
- A strong work ethic and proactive attitude
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- A commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety
