We are looking for a skilled and qualified Domestic Electrician to join our team in Mulom, Cumbria. This role involves the installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of electrical systems in domestic properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and test electrical installations in domestic properties in line with current wiring regulations.
- Maintain, repair, and replace electrical circuits and consumer units, including full rewires.
- Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety legislation and company policies.
- Respond to electrical faults in both occupied and unoccupied homes.
- Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota as required.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and scheduling teams to meet service targets.
- Accurately complete paperwork and compliance documentation.
Essential Qualifications & Certifications:
- City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent 2394 & 2395) - Inspection and Testing.
- City & Guilds 2382 - 17th Edition Wiring Regulations (or newer equivalent).
- C&G Installation Certificate 2360 / 2351 or NVQ Level 3 with Part 2.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable Qualifications:
- City & Guilds qualifications related to domestic electrical work.
