Salary: Up to £32,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm, 1 hour lunch; Every second Saturday, 8:00am to 12:30pm

We are currently looking for an experienced Service Advisor in and around Chippenham (Wiltshire) who is practically minded, hardworking and looking to extend their skills into a rewarding career in the automotive industry. Ideally we are looking for someone who has experience with the brand Ford.
Key Responsibilities- Providing clear and accurate advice on servicing, repairs, costs, and timescales
- Managing customer bookings and scheduling work efficiently into the workshop
- Liaising closely with technicians and the workshop team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of work
- Keeping customers regularly updated on the progress of their vehicle
- Assisting in the handling of customer queries and resolving issues professionally
- Supporting and guiding other Service Advisors where required
- Arranging courtesy cars or alternative transport when necessary
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised dealership environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- A positive attitude and strong team player mentality
