We're representing one of the North West's most successful automotive groups in the search for a Divisional Aftersales Manager to lead the aftersales operations across two large, high-performing sites.
This is a rare opportunity for an established Aftersales leader to step into a role with genuine scale, influence and long-term career potential. You'll have full responsibility for Service, Parts, Bodyshop and Warranty operations, leading experienced management teams while driving performance, profitability and customer satisfaction across both businesses.

The Opportunity
This role will suit an ambitious Aftersales professional who enjoys operating at a strategic level while remaining close enough to the business to influence results on the ground.
Reporting directly into senior leadership, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of the aftersales division. You'll be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving profitability, enhancing customer satisfaction and developing the next generation of leaders across the business.
This is a role where your decisions will have a visible impact. You'll have the autonomy, support and resources needed to implement change, improve performance and build upon an already successful operation.
