Our Client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join its operations team. This role is suited to a hands-on Maintenance Fitter who takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, and reliability.
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm, Fridays - 8am - 3.30pm
About the Role of a Maintenance Fitter:
- You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and fabrication of fixed and mobile plant and equipment used in industrial and mining environments.
- The role involves both workshop-based and potential site-based work, requiring flexibility and a strong commitment to safe work practices.
Key Responsibilities of a Maintenance Fitter:
- Carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance on plant and equipment.
- Perform fitting, fabrication, and general mechanical repairs.
