This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic National Distribution Centre at a time of significant growth. We are looking for a strong leader with a proven track record in managing large teams within a fast-paced distribution environment. Must have strong background experience inbound departments. Key Responsibilities: As Senior Operations Manager (Inbound), you will: Oversee all inbound operations within the National Distribution Centre (NDC) Lead and develop Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) teams in a 24-hour operation Manage and develop your warehouse management team, ensuring efficiency, service levels, and quality standards are met Improve stock quality, put-away accuracy, and VNA pick accuracy Drive cost savings and operational efficiency against budgeted targets Enhance KPIs to improve overall performance Plan daily resources, managing holiday and absence cover with temporary staff and overtime planning Set performance targets and conduct regular team reviews Focus on team development and succession plan…
