About the Role

We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Doncaster office, specialising in automotive contract recruitment. This role is focused on supporting and growing a start‑up contracting desk, delivering workforce solutions to automotive clients across the sector. You'll operate in a sales‑led, service‑driven environment, managing client relationships, sourcing skilled contractors, and delivering a professional, compliant recruitment service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow client relationships within the automotive sector
  • Win new contract business through proactive business development activity
  • Manage end‑to‑end contract recruitment processes
  • Source, screen and place contractors into automotive roles
  • Manage contractor care, extensions and client communication
  • Conduct client meetings to understand workforce requirements and service expectations
  • Maintain accurate records in line with compliance and GDPR requirements
  • Work to agreed targets around activity, service delivery and revenue

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in recruitment and/or B2B sales (automotive experience preferred)
  • A consultative, relationship‑led approach to sales
  • Confidence in building and managing client partnerships
