Salary: £32,500 – £34,500 (rising after full training)

We’re recruiting for a reputable and well-established manufacturing business in Doncaster that is expanding its operations and seeking a committed Process Operator. The Role
This is a varied and hands-on position where you’ll be responsible for:
Operating plant machinery to manufacture products to exact production standards
Performing in-process quality checks and basic laboratory testing (e.g., pH, viscosity)
Receiving, checking, and correctly storing raw materials
Packaging and dispatching finished products to customer specifications
Maintaining site organisation and assisting with maintenance when required
Working in line with strict Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality procedures
What We’re Looking For
Experience operating plant or production equipment in a manufacturing environment
High attention to detail and solid numerical skills
Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and reliable
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Forklift truck licence and/or basic lab testing skills (desirable)
