About the Role
We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Northampton office, specialising in automotive contract recruitment. This role is focused on supporting and growing a start-up contracting desk, delivering workforce solutions to automotive clients across the sector. You’ll operate in a sales‑led, service‑driven environment, managing client relationships, sourcing skilled contractors, and delivering a professional, compliant recruitment service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow client relationships within the automotive sector
- Win new contract business through proactive business development activity
- Manage end‑to‑end contract recruitment processes
- Source, screen and place contractors into automotive roles
- Manage contractor care, extensions and client communication
- Conduct client meetings to understand workforce requirements and service expectations
- Maintain accurate records in line with compliance and GDPR requirements
- Work to agreed targets around activity, service delivery and revenue
