They are a well-established, leading construction and building services company based in Kent, specialising in improving and protecting the built environment nationwide for over 20 years. They provide a comprehensive service across Construction Projects, Fire Protection & Security Solutions and Electrical Services & Maintenance, simplifying compliance and risk management for clients nationwide while enhancing safety and asset protection. The company has an expansive client base with projects across Prisons, High Rises, Social Housing and numerous Commercial properties.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of £45k + Commission + Company Vehicle/Van with a realistic OTE of £70k. The role is suitable for an experienced and qualified Fire & Security professional with a positive and proactive attitude to work.
Responsibilities:- Maintain Fire & Security Systems in your assigned area.
- Respond to service calls on all types of Fire and Security systems in line with current standards and customer requirements.
- Plan and respond to routine and reactive call visits in your area.
- Maintain effective communication with customers when planning site visits.
- Fire, Intruder, CCTV, Access Control.
- Good working knowledge of a range of Fire Alarm and Security systems.
- 5+ years experience in a similar role.
- Professional and presentable.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Able to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Up to £45,000 / year basic
- Commission scheme on sales
- Travel Time, Overtime & Call Out
- OTE considerably higher than basic salary
