We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Workshop Manager to join a commercial fleet operation based in Hatfield maintaining truck and trailer in-house fleet plus some additional 3rd party work. The workshop is a 4 bay workshop and operational 24/7 with Technicians working day and night shifts.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily running of the workshop, managing a team of 8 staff members, with further recruitment planned as the business grows. You will oversee the maintenance and repair of the customers internal fleet of trucks and trailers, as well as some third-party workshop work.
