We are seeking an experienced Fleet & Plant Manager to lead the management, replacement, and procurement of the organisation's vehicle fleet assets. This role will oversee fleet replacement programmes, plant workshop operations, associated contracts, and health & safety compliance, working closely with internal services, suppliers, and external partners.
The successful candidate will bring a strong background in fleet or asset management, procurement, and operational delivery, and will be comfortable managing projects, people, and processes in a complex operational environment.
