We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy automotive parts distribution team based in the Southampton (SO30) area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for consistent work with the potential for a permanent position.
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Pay Frequency: Weekly, every Friday
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent opportunities available
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30
Location: Southampton, SO30
Responsibilities:
- Assist with warehouse operations, including stock handling, picking, and packing.
- Picking and packing and getting load ready for delivery of car parts for delivery to local customers.
- This is a physically demanding role that requires regular lifting and manual handling of items such as brake pads, brake discs.
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points, no major endorsements) would be an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to carry out heavy lifting.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
