They offer services ranging from advanced fire protection systems to comprehensive security technologies and deliver high-quality security solutions for domestic and commercial projects. They seek a Security Service Engineer based in Whiteley to join as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Install, commission, service and repair intruder alarms, CCTV, access control and fire alarm systems.
- Complete PPMs, maintenance and reactive works to achieve high first-time fix rates.
- Communicate effectively with Admin, Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless scheduling.
- Upload documentation, certificates, photos and notes via the job management system.
- Maintain accurate van stock, tools and vehicle condition.
- Be part of the on-call rota and occasionally provide remote support.
- Identify design issues or repeat faults and support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with intruder, CCTV, access control and fire systems.
- Strong fault-finding and customer service skills.
- Good communication and timekeeping.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Pass NSI Gold standard vetting process.
- Pass Enhanced DBS check (as services are delivered to schools, care homes and hospitals).
