We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Autocentre Manager on behalf of a leading automotive service provider. Based in Nottingham, this is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented individual to take the lead at a busy and well-established centre. As a Centre Manager, you will oversee all daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and maintain high standards throughout the centre. This is a hands-on role suited for someone with strong leadership experience in the automotive retail sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage daily operations, ensuring the centre and equipment are maintained to company standards.
Promote products and services effectively to drive revenue.
Recruit, manage, and develop staff; identify training needs.
Collaborate with Head Office and other departments; support other centres as needed.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health & safety and stock control.
Report directly to the Regional Manager.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in a busy retail environment, preferably in the automotive sector.
Prior management experience with a flexible and proactive approach.
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage workloads independently.
Competitive salary dependent on experience.
