The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods or delivering vehicals in a safely and efficiently way, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies. Some experience in commercial driving, particularly is highly desirable. The successful drivers could be responsible for long-distance driving as well as Local deliveries. Key Details: Start Location – Barnsley Pay: £15.60 per hour (paid weekly) 8 Hours minimum paid Job Type: Cat C Driving Start Date: Immediate Monday to friday 40–60 hours per week for full time driver, paid a minimum of 8 per day Key Responsibilities: Operate Cat C Vehicals to designated locations. Will will be required to use hand held scanner then move the product to the back door for the off load team, mainly you will be delivering to construction sites. Maintain accurate delivery logs and records of mileage, fuel use, and other relevant information. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicals.
