You’ll still be close to the work, but with the autonomy and responsibility to set standards, support your team and influence how accounts are managed across the business. This role suits someone who enjoys mentoring others, takes pride in doing things properly and wants visibility, progression and stability within a structured finance environment. After an initial period based in the office, the role moves to hybrid working, giving flexibility without losing connection to the team.
